Joined Bruce W. Reyle & Company, Inc., in 1984, as a real estate appraiser and consultant and became a principal in the firm in 1990. Since joining the firm, responsibilities have included supervising of appraiser trainees, reviewing, consulting and completing appraisal reports. Approved to complete work for VA, FHA and relocation companies. Has extensive experience with assignments involving high value properties, new construction, vacant land, residential income property, condominiums, FHA, VA, and relocation properties. Clients include mortgage lenders, appraisal management companies, attorneys, accounts and homeowners.

Major responsibilities of position were salary administration, training and development of employees in the unit. Attended technical school for homeowner and auto damage estimating and was on regional staff handling homeowner losses. Responsibilities also included re-inspection of estimates written by members in the unit on homeowners and auto lines to ensure good quality.
